Torch Down Modified Bitumen is a non-oxidized (flux) asphalt, blended

with various thermoplastic atactic polypropylene polymers and

co-polymers.  Non-woven polyster mat which is impregnated and

coated with a superior grade, modifiedbitumen compound.

 

Hot Mopped Applied

 

Hot Mop Applied Modified Bitumen is a hot asphalt applied, mineral

surfaced, modified bitumen waterproofing membrane composed of

carefully selected asphalts (bitumen) having superior modifying

characteristics, blended with high quality styrene-butadiene-styrene

rubber.  Reinforced with a high-strength fiberglass mat.

 

 

TPO

 

Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) single-ply roofing membranes are

among the fastest growing commercial roofing products and have

gained broad industry acceptance for their many performance and

installation advantages.  As demand increases for heat-reflective and

energy efficient roofing systems, TPO single-ply roofing membranes

continue to provide exceptional resistance to ultraviolet, ozone and

chemical exposure.
