Hardie Slate or Hardie Shake Lawsuit Alert

If your home has a Hardie Slate or Hardie Shake roof currently installed you may be entitled to a replacement offer from James Hardie Building Products as a result of poor performance of the product which included delaminated (separating into layers), crumbling, cracking, disintegrating and excessive moisture absorption creating interior leaks.

This product is no longer available. Hardie Building Products (Hardie Shake & Hardie Slate) are not available to make repairs on your roof should you have a need to do so.
